Thank you for your interest in the Pleasant Street Art Walk (PSAW), scheduled for Saturday, September 27, 2025 from 10:00am - 4:00pm in downtown Prior Lake, Minnesota. The 7th Annual PSAW will feature more than 70 local and regional artists, performers, and vendors nestled in one of the most charming and historic neighborhoods in Prior Lake, MN.
The Pleasant Street Art Walk is a grassroots celebration of art, community, and creativity highlighting unique and exceptional art, live artist demonstrations, talented musicians on our outdoor stage, delicious food and beverages from food trucks, and joyful camaraderie.
The open-air, family-friendly art festival is held annually on the 4th Saturday in September.
Welcome to Pleasant Street!
We’re looking for artists in all mediums: paint, clay, sculpture, glass, fiber/textiles, musicians, performers, environmental artists, food, etc.
We’re looking for people who share our love of creativity and want to bring that alive within our community by selling and sharing their unique and high-quality art.

The PSAW is a laid-back, welcoming event hosted by those of us living in the neighborhood and presented by ANM Pottery, M&G Music, and Allyssa Tipton Pottery.
Artists and vendors are treated to:
A fun and welcoming atmosphere
Estimated annual attendance of 800-1000 visitors
Advertising including local print media, radio, social media, and online
Large booth spaces, approximately 10’ x 12’ with storage on the boulevard behind your booth. (Bring an extra table cloth for aesthetic and safety purposes.)
Snacks and water delivered to your booth twice during the day
Easy set up and tear down, drive up and unload/load within steps of your space
Booth sitting for when you need to take a break
New this year! Pleasant Street After Hours artist reception and party immediately after the PSAW. This is a casual and fun time for artists and community members to gather and relax after a busy day. This event is hosted on private property (near the PSAW music stage) and is separate from the PSAW. Artists are welcome to bring their family and friends. Bring a lawn chair. Live music will be rocking and maybe we’ll have a fire spinner! More details coming soon!
Application deadline is June 1. There is no fee to apply.
If selected, the participation fee is $100, which supports the event's grassroots nature.
Applicants will be notified of their status by email on June 13. Selected vendors will be expected to pay the $100 participation fee by July 1.
The application will ask for:
General contact information
25 word (approximately) description of your art or product
Photos, video, or audio files representing your work
Don’t be nervous about the application process! We’re still the same chill PSAW, and your pictures don’t have to be professional or perfect. Just give us a taste of your vibe. We may also use your submitted photos for marketing and event promotion.
Food vendors that will be preparing food on site will also be required to register separately with the City of Prior Lake.

The Pleasant Street Art Walk (PSAW) is a curated event. Organizers will select vendors based on, but not limited to, past participation in the PSAW and photos and information submitted with their application. Artists living within the festival area should fill out the application and will be automatically accepted without having to pay the participation fee. The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of artists within each medium. The organizers reserve the right to select artists with proven quality work. Priority will be given to artists and vendors local to Prior Lake, MN. Organizers reserve the right to cap/close registration at any time. The selection process will be closed.

Accept invitation and pay participation fee ($100): July 1
A link to payment options will be sent in your selection email.
Registration for the Pleasant Street Art Walk is not confirmed until your non-refundable payment of $100 is received in full.
If your payment is not received by July 1, the organizers reserve the right to offer your spot to the next person on the waiting list.
Please make sure you provide a valid email address in your application form! If you do not receive an email on June 13, please check your junk folders or contact us at PleasantStreetArtWalk@gmail.com.
You are welcome to share a booth with another artist. If you will be sharing, each artist should complete the application form, including submitting photos. Please note who you will be sharing with in the “special requests” question. Only one of you will have to pay the participation fee.
Food vendors that will be preparing food on-site are also required to register separately with the City of Prior Lake for premission to operate within city limits and provide proof of that registration.
This is a community event that brings together the collective efforts of all involved. Everyone working on the PSAW is a volunteer; we are not a production company. Promotions are a group effort, please invite all your people.
The Art Walk will take place rain or shine. There will be no refunds for weather.
Set up will take place on Saturday, September 27 from 5:00am - 9:30am. All vehicles must be removed from the festival grounds by 9:30am. The Art Walk opens at 10:00am, and we often get early arrivers.
Each booth is approximately 10’x12’ with storage space behind your booth. (Bring an extra tablecloth to cover storage items for safety and aesthetic purposes.
Vendors will bring their own tents, tables, chairs, and other items needed to display their art. The ground may be uneven and it may be difficult to stand an easel or display. Artists should bring items to secure their materials. Any displays, stands, or tents must be securely weighted; 40 pounds per tent leg is the safety standard.
All items must be made by the artist; no sell through items or MLMs. (Buy/Sell not allowed.)
There is no power available on site. Please ensure any powered devices are fully charged before the event.
Artists should bring their own items to process payments. Artists retain 100% of their sales and are responsible for the collection and reporting of applicable sales tax.
All artists/vendors agree to be respectful to their hosts on Pleasant Street SE. Any intentional damage to property, including holes, divots, or other damage to lawns will not be tolerated.
All artists/vendors will remain setup until 4:00 pm when the art walk will close.
All cleanup is the responsibility of the artist/vendor. Please leave your spot exactly how you found it. If the artist/vendor fails to clean his or her area properly, a $200 clean-up fee will be assessed.
The Pleasant Street After Hours party is a casual and fun event for artists and community members to gather and relax after a busy day. This event is hosted on private property (near the PSAW music stage) and is separate from the PSAW. Artists are welcome to bring a guest.
THE LEGAL STUFF
Artists are responsible for safety and security within their own spot. ANM Pottery, the Pleasant Street Art Walk, and its volunteers are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect or error. In no respect shall ANM Pottery, the Pleasant Street Art Walk, and its volunteers incur any liability for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of, resulting from, or in any way connected to Pleasant Street Art Walk and its volunteers, whether or not based upon expressed or implied warranty, contract, or otherwise; whether or not injury was sustained by persons or property or otherwise; and whether or not loss was sustained from, or arose out of, the results of, the item, or any action by ANM Pottery, the Pleasant Street Art Walk and its volunteers.
